by you to the address you give at the time you make your order.
eGifts
eGift orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory
rights.
Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, your consignment may be subject to
VAT, other taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country.
Liability
Kingston Oak Tree Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage
arising out of any problem you notify to us unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure
Kingston Oak Tree Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have
ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its
reasonable control.
